Remarks

Rates are in US Dollars inclusive of the Government Tax.
Embarkation time is 14:00 hrs, Disembarkation is at 10:00 hrs.
The maximum sailing hours per day is 4 and the cruise will not sail between 17:30 hrs and 06:30 hrs.

Cruise Includes
Meeting Guests on Arrival at Male’ International Airport and Airport Handling Services.
Transfer of Guests from Male’ International Airport to the Cruise by Speed Boat and on completion of tour from Cruise to Male’ International Airport.
Accommodation on the Cruise – Double or Twin Staterooms.
Fullboard Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; water, tea and coffee at meal times.

For late night Embarkation and early morning Disembarkation, Supper and an early Breakfast will be offered
onboard respectively.
The services and the use of the facilities listed under ‘Complimentary Services’ below.

Diving
All diving guests are offered a maximum of 3 dives per day, with an additional night dive per week. Certified
Divers may only participate diving and are required to show their license cards for registration. A PADI certified
English speaking Diving Instructor/Dive Master, will guide all dives. Skipping any dives does not entitle for any
refunds. For equipment, the cruise provides only the Tanks and Weights. Additional diving
equipment/accessories may be brought in by the guests or hired on rent from the diving facility of the cruise
Surfing
Surfing is not available on a standard cruise tour. Guests who wish to surf shall request for a Surf Cruise at the
time of the reservation. On Surfing Cruises, diving is not available, and the vessel will sail routes to Maldives’
highly renowned surf breaks and guests will be offered daily surfing opportunities. All services and activities
listed under ‘Complimentary Services’ will also be available on Surf Cruises. Guests are requested to bring in
their own gear for surfing. For surf gear rental, requests shall be made at the time of the reservation

Private Charter
The cruise services, activities and facilities are available for private charter guests similar to that of the standard
cruise. At the time of the reservations, guests will be made available the standard routes of the cruise,
itineraries and the menus for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner offered onboard. If particular sailing routes, activities
and itineraries are required or should any specific meals be required or alterations made to the cruise’s menus,
it will be arranged with details submitted for any additional charges that may be applicable.

Itinerary
The itinerary will be prepared to suit the cruising clientele and will cover the sailing of two or three atolls in
Maldives on a week’s cruise, making available the activities listed under ‘Complimentary Services’ with diving
or surfing for interested guests. The itinerary will be made available to the guests on embarkation and will be
subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Cancellation
Cancellations received 65 days before arrival, will be charged 30% of the total value.
Cancellations received 0-64 days before arrival, will be charged 100% of the total value.
No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total booked pro-forma value.

Health / Children / Disability

A guest is considered to warrant that he/she is physically and otherwise fit to participate the cruise.
Dhaainkan’baa is not equipped to offer medical services (except for first aid), and do not have the facilities to
provide special assistance for children and disable guests. Hence, the cruise does not encourage the
Participation of children below the age of 10, women past their sixth month of pregnancy and persons with
disabilities that may present difficulties to move around the vessel, boarding and participation of activities on
sea. Dhaainkan’baa or Sailing tours will assume no liability and will not be responsible for damages resulting
from illness, injury or death sustained or resulting from whatsoever reason. In case of a medical issue during
the voyage which results in evacuation, use of transfer vessels or aircraft, for which Dhaainkan’baa and Sailing tours will assist in all possible ways, the responsibility for payment of these costs solely belongs to the guest.

Liability Limitations

All guests are requested to be covered by relevant and appropriate insurance. Dhaainkan’baa assumes no
responsibility for flight delays or loss of private belongings and Guests are not liable to any refund for unused
and partially used services or for skipping any activity of the itinerary. All efforts will be made to maintain
scheduled sailing routes and itineraries, however, Dhaainkan’baa reserves the right at the sole discretion of the
Captain of the cruise, without liability or refund of any kind, whether it be a standard cruise or private charter,
to deviate from the chartered cruise’s scheduled sailing route, make changes to the itinerary, to delay, advance
or cancel any sailing, depending on weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances of Force Majeure or for any
Other reason which may call for such action. Dhaainkan’baa will refund a maximum of 10% of the total
Applicable cruise charge for the relevant days, should the cruise not be able to sail for any mechanical failures
